Alex and Lucas were super friendly, patient and professional. Quality equipment provided. Just bring bathers, hat, sunscreen and footwear. Saw Dolphins, beautiful, colourful fish and enjoyed some snacks on the beach. Thanks Seaway crew!

Beautiful and fun day out with my partner. We did the 2.5hr kayaking & snorkelling tour. The day was a bit cloudy, however, the beauty of the place was stunning. The staff was so warning and welcoming that you can feel the family environment. Very good equipment and quality pictures so I can keep very great memories of our trip. Will definitely do it again when visiting the gold coast.
I would highly recommend experiencing a tour with Seaway Kayaking Tours. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You will definitely have a wonderful time! It’s definitely worth the money! We had a blast! It was a beautiful tour!
I loved this experience! The kayak tour was great, the day was a little bit cloudy but it was so fantastic, snorkeling with so many fishes a beautiful experience and the guide was so nice. I already booked again next month :)

Would NOT RECOMMEND. Had a VERY POOR experience. The night before we were asked to swap our booking time from 1:40pm to 10:40am as not enough people were available for the afternoon for the activity to go ahead. We called our other activity commitments to accomodate for seaway even though it was very late notice and inconvenient. On the way we were stuck in traffic running late and rang the office straight away to notify them. The lady Patricia at the office said she would talk to the instructor to wait for us and confirmed that yes He would.. yet when we arrived we were rudely told that we would miss out by the Hispanic kayaking instructor. When we explained to him that this is not what was communicated to us by the office he didn’t even look up or acknowledge we were there and walked off saying you’re late you won’t be going today. At the time we arrived the group was unprepared waiting on the beach not dressed and he was still collecting kayaks from the trailer. After about 15 minutes he started explaining about the tour and giving instruction. They didn’t actually leave the beach until 1130am. There was clearly plenty of time yet he told us to go home. I will insert pictures 15 minutes after our encounter with him. One thing that was definitely upsetting was the fact that we were willing to be flexible, bend over backwards for them to change to a time that suited them yet they couldn’t be flexible for us who ran 15 minutes late (even though we were told by Patricia they would wait ). 60 taxi to get there and then a 138 non Refundable rejected kayaking experience. Very very disappointed with their dishonesty, poor communication skills and non reciprocal flexibility. Would not recommend and most definitely want a refund.
Seaway helped us with a clean up on Wave Break Island and were so helpful and easy to deal with! Always felt they were in control and kept us safe throughout the kayaking experience, plus did plenty of clean up work themselves! Thank you Patricia and team for your organisation!
A beautiful location with friendly and knowledge staff. I felt very safe and well looked after with staff providing all the equipmenth, snacks and water. The perfect way to spend a Saturday or Sunday on the goldy!
