My son and I were regular Cameras Direct "happy customers" on the Gold Coast back in the early warehouse days, so it was that first place I went looking (online) for new gear when I recently returned to photography after about a ten year break. After making a few purchases over the last month or so, I've got to say that I'm very happy to be a returning customer... keen prices, friendly and helpful customer service, coupled with speedy delivery!!

I've bought several cameras ( Nikon D750 & Nikon D850) as well as a few lenses , tripods and associated camera gear From Cameras Direct.. Whenever I'm on the phone to them I've spoken to a real Aussie bloke that gives you up front honest Aussie advice not soft pandering pap. Their prices are always in the ball park with other Australian company listings too. The purchased items have been delivered across the country to WA within the week, wrapped up like new born babies... I have no problems trusting this business . Good work.

What a pleasant experience. After completing my own research on lens and thinking I knew what you are looking for, I decided to ring to check to see if I was on the right track (only an amateur photographer). I ended up speaking to the same salesperson I purchased my camera off 2 years ago! They offer great advice and throw in their own real life experiences. A pleasure to do business with. I only shop here for my camera gear.

Cant speak highly enough of this place. The guys are super helpful and more than happy to offer their advice to make sure you get the right gear for your needs. For a small shop it’s punching so far above it’s weight. It offers big box competitive pricing, stock levels and variety but more personalised so you don’t feel like just another ‘sale’. Good old fashioned service. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
