The vet did a good job but I didnt feel too much love and care for my dog and me. It was efficient but mechanical.

Great helpful vets, adopted my little pickle from there and they have been so great with helping me to get him to settle in with my other kitten So happy with their service
Re boarding... The staff are very friendly and seem to be doing their best. But I'd say no on boarding your pet here. -One dog - our older higher needs dog - came back emaciated and not moving well at all. We called regularly and were told that the dogs were eating and happy. But by the state of our dog, seems feeding was not supervised and not much movement or activity was provided. -Was sent home with wrong bedding and when I went to get the bed 2 days later it was soaking wet. They said it needed washing? Why? Why did it take 2 days to get around to it? -The website pictures of the outdoor area are also misleading, it's actually a cement floor cage 2.5 x 4m with no shade. -On drop off, we were told that the advertised walking service was not available. It was too late to find another boarding. Sorry but overall a very poor experience for boarding. Will not use again. Sounds like it's a good veterinary service by the reviews, but a no no for boarding in our opinion.
Really poor communication between staff and clients. Don't expect this vet to get back to your phone calls or messages until a time that suits them. I would give zero stars but that's not an option.
I have been going to this Vet Hospital in Bexley now for over 21 years with my pugs. The care from the nurses and the expertise i always receive from the Vet Doctors Anneke and Gary i highly recommend them . My current pug Lucky loves all the fuss he receives during his appointment. Gary is unlike anyone i have ever met, on a human level and of course as a vet. When i met gary i instantly felt a connection, comfortable to talk to and my little dog was relaxed with him also. Gary is honest and is well and truly educated, very professional and also genuinely cares about animals and his clients. After doing my rounds with various vets in sydney over the years i feel that gary is a God sent to me and my little Tibby!!!!
First time I visit this veterinary clinic. But the way I was greeted by one of the workers was very unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. :( I don't know if I want to go back now
Unfortunately not the best. Having 4 cats and moved to the area a year ago we visited Bexley VET a number of times and our experience and intrinsic feeling were great disappointment. One person greeting us at the door from the very first visit and a number of times since, she is cold, detached, not taking pride in her work. Perhaps she should work in the mining industry where she doesn't have to deal with humans or precious animals. It is sad, over the years, we had to deal with a lot of veterinary places, Doubley Bay VET HQ, Bronte Rd VET, Maroubra, SASH and a few more, needless to say they were all fantastic, friendly and attentive. Not so BEXLEY VET and she has been told so yesterday. Customer service is way below expectations. Will not be going back, rather take my cats elsewhere. Since i have to rate and i can not give a zero star, however please consider receiving none.
