Would definitely recommend Moorabbin Betta Home Living & will be my first choice for any other appliances I need in the future. Van was extremely helpful & told me we would have to wait until 17th -22nd March for my freestanding oven to arrive at her store. Dawn rang 16thMarch to arrange delivery. Andrew the delivery man, courtesy called to make sure I was home & to say he was on his way. He was pleasant & very efficient. All up, Moorabbin Betta Home Living provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Well done!

Customer service was excellent both by phone and in store. I ordered a product several months ago and was kept up to date with details of when it would be available. When went to collect my product this morning I was greeted by friendly smiling staff and staff even carried my parcel to my car. I was very impressed with the service from betta electrical Moorabbin just like old fashioned good service.

Don't waste your time going to this store. Wanted to purchase a TV and washing machine and ending up walking out and spending my money at Harvey Norman. From the minute we entered there was a guy in the TV section, hovering uncomfortably close to us. When asked if he would price match a washing machine he said yes but would need to add delivery cost. But the website says free delivery. He mumbled something just to tell me it was floor stock and couldn't tell me when they'd get more in. He could've tried at the least to get an answer. In the end, he was not helpful, provided terrible customer service and I walked out. He couldn't have cared less. Hence why I was thrilled to spend the money elsewhere and received excellent customer service from a young guy who went above and beyond to help me. I will not be back or recommend your store to anyone
