Very professional, thorough in talking me through pre and post surgery details and medications. Personally in contact after I left hospital to see how I was going and adjust meds and blood results. Rare today not to deal with secretary ‘s. That old saying has a lovely bedside manner stands out, couldn’t be happier with my outcome of total tyhroidectomy. Jemma her secretary made the hole process very easy, organising and booking scans, specialist apt etc. for me
