WORST SUPPLIER/SHOP EVER!! First off, staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, do not help you at all, barley even acknowledge you when you walk in or out. They are ALWAYS talking amongst themselves, completely ignore the customer and when you ask for help they are very rude and cold. The prices are extremely overpriced and not much variety at all! I have been to multiple beauty suppliers who have been a lot cheaper and better range (and better staff). I have been in there 3 times and everytime I have dreaded walking in because they make me feel so unwelcome. Recently, I was purchasing an item in store and I place the item at the counter and said hello to the two blonde ladies who were having a good old chat with each other. They did not even acknowledge I was standing there waiting and continued to talk for about a minute before serving me and not even GREETING ME or saying hello. I am ASTOUNDED! I am not continuing to get my supplies from this store purely based on the HORRIBLE service. I suggest you learn customer service because this is not acceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
The team at Black 2 Blonde have the best prices and knowledge about all hair and beauty products. They are the most helpful team and will answer any questions when needed. I go back time and time again and wouldn’t shop at any other supplier. Their service is A Grade, they are a professional team that know their stuff. Thank you all the team at Black 2 Blonde I will see you again really soon.
Always good. The girls are great, always helpful, know there stuff saving me time.
Please update trading hours. Annoying when you make a special trip on a Saturday for the shop to be closed.
