I live in a country area and have to drive 2 hours to get here. Then, despite me being on time, I have to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. Why is patient's time not important? It is constantly overbooked. Very poor customer service. I left without my procedure.

We have always had a good experience at the Berwick Eye Centre as we have been going there for 30 years. The staff have always been helpful and considerate. Also they seem to be a happy and cheerful mob which enlivens the office environment and makes the patients comfortable.
The staff at Berwick Eye Centre are professional, caring, patient, wonderful people. I would highly recommend this service.
I have found the Berwick Eye Centre to be an excellent facility. From my initial visit, eye surgery and post-op checkup the staff, both medical and support, have been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. The surgical facility is amazing and my procedure was handled with care and efficiency. Thanks to all at the Berwick Eye Centre.
Unfortunately this is for the wait times. Being seen as a private patient and still waiting and paying out of pocket expense is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to allow two hours for an appointment. Either stagger your appointments or book in less patients. The overall consulting took less than 10 minutes. Yet the wait was 2 hours.
Berwick eye centre is a good place for all problems with eyes, also the staff is well equipped with eye testing machines. Friendly staff with helpful guidance , giving a good customer service is all that needed for better humanity, regards to all staff :))
Yes the wait time is long folks this is true. But if you want to see a good opthamologist or eye surgeon, if you need to do this, then you need to wait. Otherwise go to a run of the mill place and hope for the best. Dr Haumpton and Dr Chong saved my eye. Im happy to wait.
