Extremely reassuring appointment with Mr Safdar today with a very nervous 10 year old son. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Was recommended highly and I can see why.

Saw Mr Safdar today, Suite 1 was through the car park as i parked in a school road. Great staff at reception. 285 before rebate of 177. Further tests needed and he also spotted something my doc had not seen in my mouth! Nice to be in good hands.

Took my young daughter to see Dr Safdar and couldn't fault any of our dealings with any of the staff. I had looked up reviews prior and was skeptical as I had not seen many but my GP highly recommended him and when meeting for the first time he was fabulous with my daughter and very through. Dr Safdar was wonderful, my daughter couldn't wait to go back and see him post op and easily contactable during the recovery time when we needed to call. Thank you very much!

The receptionists are rude and need better processes. I booked my son in for a consult 2 months in advance, turned up to the appointment and got told I had cancelled it. They had booked my son under someone else and therefore sent them the reminder message, and in turn they rang and cancelled. Even though upon making the appointment I stated it was for a new patient who was 4. It was offered that I sit and wait for the Dr squeeze my son in, which I did. I felt the Dr was very arrogant, but heard he was a good surgeon so made a follow up appointment. The follow up was rescheduled by the clinic a few days out, then the rescheduled appointment was cancelled on the morning due to an emergency (which I understand). Rang back to re-book the follow up and got placed on hold. The hold clicked back to ring, was answered, then was placed on hold again. 8 minutes on hold of waiting to rebook I hung up. Rang another paediatric ENT who had seen my eldest child - who unfortunately is on the other side of the city, but brilliant - and within 2 minutes spoke to the friendly staff and had an appointment. Tried to get my sons test results sent to the referring GP so he could pass them on, and even that is a struggle to get from Berwick ENT, even though I'm sure it is my right. Would never recommend this clinic and have also passed my experience onto my GP as feedback which he thanked me for.

The receptionists are incredibly rude. I am not sure whether it is because I am a young person that I am treated this way or that they treat everyone with such disrespect. Amazing how people so uncaring could be working in the health care sector when empathy is a strong pillar in any health professionals scope. Unbelievable.

Recently had surgery with Mr Safdar and he is great. Thorough, friendly and a skilled surgeon. I'd make the review 5 stars if it wasn't for one of his receptionists who is really rude and obnoxious. This lady has no interpersonal skills and is really rude and abrupt. Fine with me but on my last 2 visits I've cringed at the way she speaks to people.

In the end they were rude & disregard me as they couldn’t help me.. it was a waste of time & money..thanks to my GP who sent me to a different ENT doctor who did help me & didn’t even need new test.
