Extremely rude customer service and forceful to make a sale!! Was told I had to purchase a toy because my baby touched it due to covid. Disgusted as this was very offensive and no such rules exist. When stating the obvious that no such rules exist the older woman possibly the owner asked me to go leave and go back home. This is no way to treat your tourists!! I will never return back here again and have mentioned this story to all my family and friends visiting berry.
