I bought a dress from here and was not permitted to try it on on the day (my impression was that this was because of Covid so fair enough). The dress didn't fit right at all and when I brought it back, unworn, with the tags still on, she said that they don't do returns and assured me patronizingly that "You'll like it one day". Disappointed with this service, I won't be buying from here again.

Kay the sales lady was awesome extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was so friendly non pushy and a beautiful lady. I am from Newcastle and will definitely be back even just to buy her a coffee and say hi.
