We did the chocolate making tour and it was great. Highly recommended and very tasty .

I felt compelled to write a review due to our disappointment when visiting today for the "Tasting Experience & Tour". While the chocolate wasn't bad... It wasn't good enough for me or my family to walk away impressed by it. The imagery used on the website to advertise the "3-tier tasting plate" is grossly exaggerated, with the product delivered not even close to what is pictured. The tour? What tour? The shop front had very little stock to purchase. The "Enchanted Secret" indoor garden, is anything but. Don't use the toilet, it was filthy. Overall, a very amateur setup that needs a LOT of work to be worth the exorbitant prices charged.

The tour was informative. The chocolate delicious, lots of flavours to choose from. Truffles my favourite. Great to see local business doing so well.

Didn't do a tour or a workshop. I understand that being Easter and a chocolate factory they were probably very busy with orders etc and there was not much selection, however I did buy some and they were very average. On of the kids pack I did buy was expired

I arranged a Christmas pack of chocolates for my Mum who is in a nursing home in Darwin. Couldn't complain about the service I received and suggestions put forward by Kirsty. My order was delivered to Mum on time and was included in the purchase price. Mum said the Christmas pack was really nicely presented and she loved the chocolates. So, for me, this was a really good first experience with the Darwin Chocolate Factory. I expect I will use their services again.

Awful customer service, specially the old lady there might be the owner. Booked an NT adventure tour with Darwin Chocolate Factory hamper but the old woman said they haven't received booking where as we did notify her. And she kept making excuses. And the tone she used was very rude as if she was giving it for free. Just to remind you old lady you got paid for it. Raising my complaint against them with NT Tourism Department to remove them from the list next time onwards.

Great idea for a kids birthday party. The kids made a big chocolate of their own design and we were given tasting platters. They also took the Territory tourism voucher as payment which was a bonus. 400 for 13 kids (weird number but yeah) for 2 hours. My daughter’s birthday is December so it was nice and relaxing and in aircon which we appreciated as parents!!!
