absolutely poor customer service. Paid for a spot to find someones van there in my spot and then to be told its normal when spots are vacant the owners will just put there own cars there
We've stored our trailer boat with Neales for almost 4 years. Access hours are good, and the facility is always well maintained and tidy. Accounts are well managed and we find the service from Jeremy and team friendly and professional. On a number of occasions Jeremy has gone "above and beyond" to offer or provide assistance to us. Neales Storage Facility is very handy to the Berowra Waters boat ramp, which makes getting the boat from the shed to the water quick and hassle free.
