We recently traveled from Melbourne to Bermagui to stay 10 nights at the Anchorage. Unpacked on arrival, and very happy with our accommodation. Immaculate. Unfortunately only 90 minutes after our arrival Victoria chose to close borders with all of NSW, meaning we had to repack and drive back to Melbourne. We would like to thank Ana, who was very understanding of the situation and who gave us peace of mind for our drive back telling us we would be receiving a full refund, We have since received the refund. Thanks again Ana, and hopefully see you in 12 months time to stay at your lovely apartments. Regards Anne and Michael from Hawthorn East.

Trip advisor calls it a 3 star hotel, we would call it 4 star appartments. It’s super clean, modern, has a warm feeling and the managers are extremely friendly, open minded and helpful. It features of the river, a pool, a nice barbecue area, a set of swings and trampoline for kids all the things you may want in the kitchen if you feel like cooking. Also our appartment had DVD player TV, kids boards games, Bluetooth Hi fi etc... 10 min walking (with toddlers) to the wharf / harbour area and 15 from the town centre Bermagui is such a calm and relaxed place and the Anchorage a perfect sample of it. People say it a lot but when I do I mean it: if we are back in Bermagui this is where we are staying again.
Very neat and clean. Nice location for our 2 nights. We are photographers so it was perfect for us early risers. Management were helpful and friendly. Will stay there again when we return.
We spent 4 nights at The Anchorage Bermagui and it was lovely. The place was very clean, the bedsheets were spotless as well as the towels. It is located in an amazingly beautiful area with nature surrounding you everywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare your own food. We had breakfast on the terrace outside surrounded by beautiful bird sounds and view of the inlet. There is also a swimming pool which was very clean as well. The managers Ann and Murray are lovely , friendly and always there to help with anything you might need. Overall we had a great time and we will go back in the future.

Really enjoyed our short stay at the Anchorage. Good value for money and a well kept facility with friendly service. Would definitely stay again. A couple of hooks on the bathroom door would be a bonus!
Nice spot. Only downside is access to next door unit is directly in front of main bedroom window so roller blind must be kept closed stopping any air on warm nights.
