I personally saw the quality of this Bar, and I can freely rate it with 5 stars. I ordered a special with watermelon and I was very amissed. I recommend that all who want a quality service here will get it. I do not think that this Bar deserves such negative reviews, and I think that this is done by competitors deliberately to drop the rating of this Bar. Me and my friends that evening we were very kindly serviced by the staff and we come next week again.

Honestly the best shisha bar in the western suburbs, service is always on point and the shisha is so smooth! I’ve been to heaps of shisha joints but this for sure takes the title!!! Highly recommend for a chill night !
The shisha was great! I think the best shisha in Melbourne. Unfortunatly the customer service was very poor, he doesn't ask for new coal or some new drinks. Without the new coal the shisha finished very early and we left the lounge. If he improve the service this shishabar could be the best in Melbourne.
