This is our second time using Thermotek and we are just as happy as the first time! Beautiful quality windows and doors, made in Melbourne, and a fair price too. Both times the installers can gone above and beyond - problem solving to work with my existing architrave and security doors. The service from the office is excellent too. The improved temperature control and noise elimination is excellent and we shall be back to get some more windows when funds allow. Highly recommended!

Thermotek were recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend Thermotek for your double glazed windows and doors. Their quote was the most competitive, especially for the high quality of the product, that I received. The sales rep was informed and suggested the products that best suited my needs and financial situation, was not pushy at all, and answered all my questions with patience (I had a lot!) The lady in the office was friendly and helpful every time I spoke to her about paying my invoices. The installers were on time, neat, careful, took all the waste away and explained exactly what they would do and then did it. I'm really happy with my door and windows. I have already noticed the thermal benefits now the weather has started to get warmer, as well as the noise reduction. The security they provide as well as the fly screens are a bonus too. Just finished having three windows and a balcony door replaced in my apartment. Thermotek were excellent throughout the entire process. I visited their showroom and was impressed. This was followed up by a measure and quote on site. The sales representative was informed, helpful and provided good suggestions to best suit my situation. All the way through the process I felt that I was dealing with a professional business. They delivered on time, were always responsive and incredibly helpful. When it came to installation, the team who did the install were fantastic. They had to work with builders onsite who were doing other works at the time and were cooperative, professional and provided good, practical input into problems on site relating to the building. I am extremely happy with my new doors and window. Thermotek delivered what they promised. Noise reduction in my apartment is impressive and I am looking forward to a reduction in utility costs as well. Thanks Thermotek! Greg
