The machine in Jewellstown Plaza was not fully functional. The claw would drop but not constrict at all. Not only that but it charged my card more than advertised. I get these machines are all scams but it could at least pretend to be trying to grab the prize instead of limply sitting on top of it doing nothing until it goes back up.
