I believe he is their new sales executive and I appreciate the fact he did tell me up front that he was new and wasn't 100% up to scratch with the product. Awful service the worst ever. Hiding the history of the car, failed to produce documents like service history, owners purchase document after making the deposit trusting their brand image. When failed to produce docs, Daniel pushed the blame to the customer for pulling up. Didn't pick up call or respond email many times. Finally received the deposit back after a long wait. Just opposite, John was so helpful, always responded, stepped up to get the deposit back. I would suggest to think carefully about what you are buying (especially used car) not based on only trust like me.
