From the time I arrived to the time I was discharged the process was a breeze. I'd like to thank my doctor, admin, nurses who made my operation, stay & care pleasurable. My room was lovely and clean and felt welcomed from everybody I encountered during my stay. Highly recommend but no one really wants to be in the hospital.

AMAZING STAFF I had only ever visited people here. I was so impressed with the care and communication I received as a patient. The kitchen staff, the nurses and the Doctors were amazing. I couldn't fault anything. The chicken schnitzel was so delicious. And the steamed vegetables were perfect every time. Anything I asked for was delivered with a smile. Extra blankets, extra cheese and biscuits or a cup of tea. There was a range of tv channels and I was fortunate that I was able to enjoy all of this. Thank you Pindara. I hope I won't be back, but if I do, I know I'll be taken care of.
Fair enough for a private hospital. Nurses wonderful. But: Doctors tho couldn’t be bothered to brief me, an adult next of kin caring for his 80 yr old mother on what happened and what to do next. Also they can’t seem to get a basic Amazon Echo working in the rooms.
They paediatric ward is flawless, all staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful. Kate especially made our visit easier. Very grateful for the team.
Rude and incompetent. Beware. After going to the wrong car park, as I couldn't find any signs to the radiology, a lovely volunteer explained to me that it would be better to drive around as I am on a cane and waiting a hip replacement. Taking 15 min to find a park a long walk from the radiology. I call to advise that I was lost and slow walking, I am on hold the entire time. I finally get there to be told very rudely that the appointment was cancelled. 10mins late. Now I'm in agony and crying trying to make it back to my car. No radiology done. I can't do it again. Several years ago they MRI the same knee twice. Even though I told them they had done that one the day before. They argued with me. Guess what...they had MRI the same knee twice. And I couldn't afford to do it for the other knee that was supposed to be done.
Arrived there this afternoon to visit my partner and drop off some clothing ,was in thecprocess of completeing the Qcode signin and a lady asked me if I had an exemption,I responded no ,she then advised me I could not visit,which was weird as I had visited her on wed evening less than 48 hours previous .Anyway I was not offered any explanation or apologies ,so the Sargent Major ma'am had very poor PR skills. Disapointing
Excellent facilities, professional caring staff. Made my stay very pleasant both in Pindara Hospital and Southport Private Hospital
