Great store staff friendly and they are so cheap on tents. Parking is at spotlight and there is an escalator down to the store.

Really unhelpful lazy staff. Was in the the store for three hours doing a very large shop for a trip away. Not once did staff approach me and offer to help find anything. Had to wait in line multiple times to enquire about products that the website said they had in stock only to be told they were not in stock, when asked when they might receive them they could give no indication. I have postponed my trip for now and look forward to shopping at tent city or another competitor. Also every over priced

Needs more workers! There was not a single person there I could speak to about what I needed in the store. Walked around for ages trying to find someone to talk to. Only worker I saw there was the person at the counter who had a long wait of people. Very stressful. Couldn’t get what I needed Other than that still a lovely shop with lovely things.
