Jacob McDonald did a great job in securing excellent tenants for our small commercial property. The process was made so much smoother with Jacobs guidance and persistence especially with dealing with the local council permit change application (which took over 2 months). I highly recommend Jacob if you have a property coming up to lease.

Very unprofessional manager , Chris is a hopeless excuses for a land agent , he made me put my property on the market for a lot less than what it was worth to get a quick and easy sale . My home was damaged during inspections leaving me the bill to now pay for repairs . My home was also robbed for the first time since I have lived there , no doubt due to proper checks not being done on people who came through . My home was even listed as " under offer " when no such thing happened . Constantly treated like an idiot who has no idea as well . Very upsetting experience overall .
