Thank you so much to V! After having an awful experience at Clayton telling me my paid order was ready went to collect, and it was not there. Clayton store lied to me. Told me they refunded me, and asked that I purchased the table I ordered at the store. I had never received the refund, and after talking to head office it was arrange for my order to be pick up from Bendigo store which is 2.5 hour drive away. The lovely V from Bendigo store, spoke with me today over the phone, I explained the situation and she has kindly organised delivery to my home. I cannot thank V enough for her excellent customer service. Please if your going to buy, support the Bendigo store, not Clayton as they are liars. Thank you again V! Xx
