As well as a sawmill next door there are building works happening at the end of the caravan park. The heavy machinery rumbled through the caravan park past the caravans at an early hour. There was absolutely no consideration for the campers. It is all slowly being overtaken by cabins and a lifestyle village being built.

Spa Cabin was spacious and comfortable. Shower over spa bath. Staff friendly, parking good. Air conditioner and ceiling fan was lovely and quiet.
Great place to stay to explore Benalla. Cabin was wonderful. Reception was friendly. Would highly recommend
Cheap and standard motel rooms. Easily accessed by Midland Hwy and 3km from supermarket.

Great place to stay with the family. Comfy beds great pillows. Little kitchenette which is great. We will stay again for sure. Lucky we are early risers as the noise from the factory next door starts at 7 a.m. otherwise great spot. lady at the desk was lovely and helpful. hopefully next time we're there the pool is all done and the kids can have a swim.
