I will never buy from this company again. Appalling customer service. When I received my wallet online shopping, it was damaged. I took a photo and asked for refund. Four emails later they still haven't given me a refund. I offered to return the purse for the 15 refund. They asked me to take a knife and damage the wallet beyond repair. What century is this company trading in?? I offered to return to and pay for postage myself instead of it going to unnecessary landfill. This company needs to rethink it's return policies and be more progressive and community minded. This slightly damaged wallet could have gone to a charity. Appalling. Still haven't got my 15 refund.

My wife Brought a pricy wallet as a gift ( Bankstown store ), it had a faulty zipper day later. Went back but they were so rude they did not want to help at all ! Basically saying bad luck. All we wanted was a exchange no refund but did not want to know about it. My wife kept trying to reason with the manager but did not help very rude. I have seen nothing like this, she was laughed at by an employee also. Insane see nothing like that before.

super disappointed!!! service is non-existent if you have any issues out of the ordinary. . .I just want my almost brand new (Christmas 18/19) but faulty Lily Rose leather handbag to be fixed/swap over or whatever atm. I have contacted Head office (one particular person) and customer care and have left numerous voicemail messages and have not heard from anyone!!! I am tired of phoning everyday!!!! the local store where the bag was collected when ordered on line, have been OK but are not able to get the same bag through their system so advised me to contact head office. I am now emailing customer care with issue/personal info. Remains to be seen what happens as I have informed them if they contact me by a certain date I will be seeking assistance from Fair Trading. It's a shame

There is a Lady who works at Strandbags Bull Creek WA every time I go there to make a purchase I walk out and go somewhere else she has no idea about Customer Service and needs to be replaced she is just plain rude
