Sent my father in to do some printing for me at the store from my usb stick, who was then told to leave the usb with the workers and come back in a few minutes to fetch the printing. Comes back to find they have lost my one-of-a-kind Pringles usb stick and given it to another customer who claimed it was his even though there is no other usb in the world that looks like it and the man was not even in the store to print anything from any usb at all. There could have been sensitive information on it and they just gave it away. No customer confidentiality. They desperately need a new system to check who owns what memory stick, or need to stop telling customers to come back in a few minutes. After my dad came back the second time, they had found the man with my usb stick and told him they do not even do printing, but still charged him for the printed pages and accepted the job in the first place. Beyond unimpressed and caused a lot of stress for absolutely no reason. Not even an apology.
