I had used a Pharmacy 4 Less in Sydney, and I when I moved to Geelong for work I visited Pharmacy 4 Less at Belmont. I cannot recommend them enough. Great service and advice. Super professional and always very good value. Excellent!

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited a long time on a busy day for my scripts to be filled, which is understandable. Soon I was the only person waiting and everyone who came after me had been served. I asked what was going on and was just told they are busy and would do my script now. Obviously I had been missed but they wouldn’t admit it. When I got my scripts the owner saw I was annoyed, apologised and said my meds would be free. They had been keeping my scripts behind the desk and as I was going away I asked for them back. Firstly the owner refused. When I kept asking, he told me to come back another day, and when I said I needed them now he finally gave them to me. One of the employees took me to the front of the shop and charged me for the meds. I told her I was told I would be given them for free and she said that was only if I left my scripts there. The owner didn’t tell me this but left it to one of his young employees. I don’t mind paying for the meds. I understand sometimes mistakes happen when things are busy but the way the owner dealt with the situation disgusted me so I went and told him. He gave my money back and I left. Today I have been trying to get my scripts filled at other pharmacies but he didn’t give me the complete scripts so no one else could fill them. I feel a little like I’ve been held hostage by him. Will never go back and I advise you not to either. TLDR: the owner has unethical practices and only cares about his bottom line than the patient. AVOID THIS PHARMACY

JJ and his team are outstanding. There is just something so special about walking into a store and being greeted by your first name and that happens every time I go into Pharmacy 4 Less in Belmont. Their customer service model should be adapted by large companies. They will always go above and beyond to provide you with what ever you need. The cleanliness and how that have adapted to COVID restrictions also deserves a mention.
A warm greeting when you walk in no matter how busy they are. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick efficient service. Recently I started a new medication a little on the pricey side and they bettered a competitors price just by asking. Right now when everybody is doing it tough and every bit counts I felt valued as a repeat customer. I love the text service you offer for me as a reminder with my medications and nothing ever seems too hard. Thank you for not being just a chemist but part of our community.
Even after moving out to Armstrong Creek my husband and I continue to use Pharmacy 4 Less in Belmont because of the great service they have always provided and affordable cost of prescriptions. The staff are so friendly and personable even during this crazy time. My first Google Review because I just wanted to say THANK YOU and how fantastic this pharmacy is!!
