Clem, these guys are very friendly but their quality control is awful. I've taken several items for their 5 for 20 deal and they always come back poorly pressed... Look at this mess!

My clothes came back dirtier than when i sent them in the poor excuse for an owner had the nerve to try to blame the all the new stains on my clothes back on me. This would have to be the worst customer experience I've ever had.
