Purchased a Garmin watch on busy boxing day. Sales reps were very friendly and helpful. They price beat by 10% and I was even offered some lollies in the checkout queue.
Rude...called up the store was told by the stuff she was putting me through to water section to help me to be waiting 15mins and then get hung up on. Called again told the man that and he said that didn't happen.......then told me i may not be able to exchange my faulty paddleboard for another a working one, which i didn't want to drive an hour for a maybe and then an hour back home. Called Watergardens got amazing service and explained what was happening to the paddleboard to be told that it was fine to exchange the paddleboard for a new one. Also was and not rude when talking to me. Wont be going to geelong store ever.
Very helpful staff - over the phone and in person. Good range of items. A nice pitstop before continuing on to the SW coast.
Great worker
Called up before our visit to the store to confirm availability of a particular item. Got great service over the phone, and in store. We managed to find what we were looking for.. gold panning sieves! We ended up finding gold that same day. Woo hoo!
My wife purchased a couple of pairs or Nike running shoes from here recent. The specials were well placed and there were no pushy salespeople continually annoying her. We've been here plenty of times and bought everything from clothes to kayaks and portable toilet chemicals. It's a great store, in an easy to get to location. Plenty of parking both outdoor and under cover.
Sales person John was very helpful and knows his products great work help like yours is Good advise to know cheers
