Jack is an amazing trainer and became a friend. The variety of the workouts never got boring and every session can be tailored to your stage of fitness. Jack is very considerate to pre and post natal exercises and to top it off, I got to train with other wonderful mums. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

One of the highlights of mat leave. Jack and Eds do an amazing job in providing a supportive, fun and uplifting environment. The workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. Not only did the workouts make me feel great physically but also mentally. The nannies are lovely and my baby loved spending time in the creche!!

If you are looking for an amazing workout group and you don't want to find a sitter for your baby, Fit Mamma is for you! Jack is a fantastic instructor and caters to all the new moms and their different needs. Nannies are hired to watch the bubs for the hour long class, giving all the moms a little break and peace of mind. The classes are different each day of the week, providing variety for everyone. Jack is super flexible, which is always great for busy moms. I would definitely recommend Fit Mamma to any mom who would like to get active or back in shape, without joining a gym!

Jack is a fantastic trainer, positive, warm, kind, knowledgeable and generous with his time. Nannies are excellent, other mums are friendly and the set up at East's rugby club works so well. Love Fit Mamma! Since starting 6 months ago I've lost 10 kg of baby weight and gotten my fitness back again. Jack is an amazing trainer and an expert on post natal fitness. There is always an option to modify your training in the early days and then the chance to really boost your fitness as you get stronger. The nannies are wonderful and you can relax knowing your baby is happy and cared for. I always leave Fit Mamma feeling like I've had a great workout and with a big smile on my face. Cannot recommend it enough!

Can’t recommend Fit Mamma enough. Jack is a very knowledgeable trainer who keeps you motivated and on track to work harder and stronger. I truly adore the nannies who have cared for our baby twice a week since she was 9 weeks old. Can’t imagine what these last 7 months would have been like without the 2 hours a week of me time.

Fit Mamma is a great way to kick back into gear after having a little one. Workouts are challenging but have modifications if you need them. I feel safe dropping my baby at the crèche and it’s nice it’s inside. My bub is always smiling or sleeping after a workout. Every week the workouts are different so you won’t get bored doing the same thing over and over. 10/10 would recommend.
