Broke my wrist after playing netball. Was sent from ED to this practice for a cast. The receptionist and physiotherapist were lovely and helpful and squeezed me in for an appointment on the same day.

Worst experience ever! When I went for my consultation, I explained my pain and discomfort but the therapist said she can only assess my wrist as per the Dr Referral letter, can not assess why I have pain in my hand. which to me is ridiculous as she missed out the whole point that all muscles are connected with each other. I dint asked her to assess my foot, that is so poor of her qualification. She was also discouraging and I found her unprofessional. I couldn't see willingness in her to help her patients. would never recommend this place!

Gave the wrong treatment to my daughter. She was one week behind my son with his broken finger with exactly same fracture and gave totally different treatment. Her healing is now quite delayed. Would not recommend.

I had wrist pain for over a year after an injury during water polo. Tried putting up with it for awhile but its not getting any better. GP referred me to this practice. After seeing the hand therapist I barely notice any wrist pain even when doing push ups. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has had wrist pain and wants to get it sorted!
