Very average experience and I will not be buying from again. I placed an order, received no confirmation or tracking number. 3 weeks later I tried to contact the company, email and phone didn’t work. Eventually found them via Facebook and asked about my package. I got a reply apologising and letting me know they will promptly send another package with something extra to say sorry for the holdup. I waited another week and received the package with nothing extra. Which is fine, but they shouldn’t have said they would do it. I waited over a month to get salts from the same state with terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even bother in future.

I placed my order on the 8th of October for 2 different types of salt. 7 days later I still Haven’t received the order so I called to see where the order was. I was told that it was sent and I would be notified about the tracking for the order. It’s now 14 days since I’ve placed my order and still haven’t received it.
