I have been to the Phnom Penh many times with family and friends and it is simply great. I have never has a bad experience and the food is fantastic. My daughter always insists having a meal there when she visits Canberra. The location is out of the way from the shopping areas which means plenty of parking during the evening, bottle shop next door with good selection of wines so very convenient. My fiends like a meal on the balcony on a sunny day as well. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Sam is a great host.

Oh dear. Tried this restaurant for the first time on a Friday evening, at 6.30pm. We were one of about 6 tables at the time, and placed our order after about 5 minutes. The prawn toast was overcooked to the point of being difficult to bite, and the spring rolls were awful. We ordered one serve of the spring rolls, which would give us 4. Instead we were brought 24 rolls, which we had to turn away not once but twice. 40 minutes after we ordered, having twice asked where our mains were, we left money on the table for the entrees and drinks and promptly left. We were not the only customers who looked exasperated. It bordered on the ridiculous and I will not be going back, despite living only 3 minutes walk away
