Amazing customer service from Jen. Thank you so much Jen for always answering my random costume questions and going above and beyond to provide the best level of service. I bought some beautiful butterfly wings here that are hand made in Byron Bay. I also decided to buy a crown. My husband was looking for items with a Viking theme and Jen gave great suggestions. Jen is always serving several people, while creating balloon masterpieces and will show you suggestions on the computer. I see there are a few bad reviews here, but I think the shop has definitely improved since they were written.

My 2nd son, born with down syndrome, was diagnosed with cancer last week and had to have his head shaved to the skin. He asked me as his mother to get him moustache strips so he didn't have to look like a mole rat for the rest of his life. I went to "Party Capital" to only find out they were 24.99, VERY absurd price for a single mother of 6 handicapped children living on a single parent pension, and 3 part time jobs. (image of my son)
