Very GOOD despite what people say about this place. I always have had extremely good experiences despite wanting to return opened items multiple times I always get the refund. I have never had a problem with the staff, I came to buy an 800 dollar Laptop and the man gave me a showcase on how it works and the specs. I will always come here for office goods and I think there are many customers who are rude and demanding to the staff here who actually do a very good job.

I had the most delightful Customer Service from Ella! I had problems with the in-store app to print some photo's and Ella kindly offered the company USB stick to use after I said I could buy one and do it that way on a computer, but she insisted on sending the pictures to the company email, and she would kindly put them on for me. Never had any luck printing my pictures over the years! Super stoked that my fridge has my family and friends now all over it thanks to Ella!

I find this store hit and miss. Some days I am pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and other days not so much. I hope that they will start supplying more Australian made goods though. It is genuinely very hard to know where things are from unless I pick up each packet and look myself. Most of the time the staff are very lovely and knowledgeable so I would have given 4 stars but the lack of Australian made products cost a star.
Why doesn't anyone answer the phone ?, very frustrating !, fortunately the saving grace was the girl in the printing area, she is fantastic. I called in advance because I had some questions about printing, and I called three times with no answer, not professional, at least answer the phone and if you are busy to say ' I will be with you in a moment.' On the way out I asked the check out girl why know one answered the phone ?, she shrugged it off and couldn't care less, this store could do much better.
Walk in, wait 45 mins at printing desk, get told they can't do something the website said they can, only to find out that they can do what we asked for just only in a different way. By this time we had lost our place in the queue. We then tried to self serve photos, paid for the photos and no receipt printed. We had to leave because there were no staff. That was our experience. No training, no care.
I have been trying to contact this store for days. I mean literally this is the third day in a row I have tried to call this store. They simply don't answer the phone. Why even have a phone number to call if you are not going to answer it? I know this is not just a problem for me, because when I checked the reviews here on Google, about half the complaints are about not answering the phone. And this stretches back for months. It makes me question the competence of management because either they are aware of this problem and don't care, or they are not aware of the problem because they don't have anyone watching reviews of their store. In any case, the whole experience has left me annoyed and I certainly won't be spending any money at this store any time soon. And to who anyone who values their time, don't bother trying to call Officeworks Belconnen.
Never got any problems here. Staffs are efficient
