I had a great experience with National Capital Hyundai. My car was filled with the wrong fuel and I was dreading the bill, reading horror stories on the web of "replaced engines", cars written off, and "over-servicing by dealers" in these situations. This was not my experience at all. The quote was very reasonable- a simple fuel drain, filter replacement and flushing of the lines- the communication was very good, and my car is running as well as it was before the mishap. I was expecting the worst and was very, very pleasantly surprised.

I don’t wanted to give one star. Horrible service for the Car, just a ripoff. Had service 4-5 times each time I took my car back without faults being fixed, complaints were raised while in warranty and they cannot fix it as one day is not sufficient to fix. Raised issue of my stereo while on warranty and didn’t bother to fix or replace. After having so much of struggle and communication with the staff Hyundai even rejected to replace a new one on a good wheel. Staff quoted it to 400 even after charging 1000 for servicing my vehicle. Disgusting service, In case if you reading this comments please don’t book your service here. STAY AWAY FROM Servicing your cars. USELESS AND WORTHLESS
Sent my car for service and booked their shuttle. But when I discovered that they can complete it in 2 hours, I stayed back and waited. Luckily I brought my laptop along. Service was done by 10.45am @ capped service of 435 :)
We bought our car from there a year ago and received outstanding service. Now I just had the same car serviced there and I cannot praise their customer service enough. From dropping the car off to Fabrizio explaining everything in detail on what will be done, how much it will cost etc it was great. The car was ready before my requested time and the pick up was just as seamless. Also special mention to being COVID safe, well done guys!
Very helpful and professional. I locked my keys in my car. John and his Manager, was going to give me a car, to get me home, and I could keep the car overnight. Such nice people. I highly recommend this business.
