Worst experience ever. The chainsaw I bought from them new, is NOT new, it's been a shop demo that's been used. I have spent 2/3 the price of what the chainsaw was, just to keep it running. It's less than 5 months old. I took it back first time and they said it's fine there's nothing wrong with it.. Well, in 4 months, the starter coil, the pull cord, the sparkplug X 2 all needed to be replaced. 2 spark plugs in 4 months!!! My old chainsaw is still running it's original spark plug after 5 years! Safe to say, I have contacted the business to return it. If they make this process smooth, great, but doubtful. If they make this difficult, be sure I'll be getting more than a refund. I would 100% avoid these guys if you need a chainsaw.
