I visited the Salon after recently moving back to Bayside. John and his team were absolutely delightful. It was a relaxing, fun environment where all the clients were treated like friends. John is obviously extremely experienced and he did a wonderful job on styling my hair. He listened to what I did and didn't want and, unlike some other hair cuts I have had in the past, I am extremely happy with the result and the price. Will definitely be a regular client from now on.

Rubertos manager John just charged me 380 to get my extremely short hair dyed. Considering my hair was already very short when i walked in. I was astounded at the pricing at this salon its very expensive and pricey. I don't see how they can charge clients with such ludicrous and over the top pricing all they did was dye it blonde. You just lost me as a customer I will never be back. I now visit another hairdresser and get charged 120 for exactly the same thing. Reply - Thank-you for the reply. Unfortunately at no stage was pricing ever discussed with me upfront or at any stage hence my review if i realized the cost i would have got up and walked out. Id advise placing a price list on a wall so other customers are fully informed of your pricing. Hopefully you have lowered your prices substantially over the last couple of years because I'm sure I'm not the only client who will never return.

John and the entire crew at Roberto's are welcoming and friendly with all of their clients. A very well set up and clean fresh looking Salon, certainly making me feel comfortable there in my return visits.
