I have a very bad experience with Beaudesert family practice, I have appointment at 10:40 am but I waited for half an hour more than normal and then asked to the receptionist was already talking to their friend on phone when is my turn and she says you are the next one and after five minute someone called before me and then I been back to her again and she say I’m really apologise I don’t know why the doctor skip me , that’s not a fair I left the practice in a pain but I’m not heading back towards to the beaudesert family practice and already decided to be make a to make a written complaint to OHO so no one suffer through me like me .

For staters theres absolutely no social distanting being practiced here. I counted 5 elderly women sitting in a row. As if that isnt bad enough these days, clearly staff here don't care about wasting patients time. Sat here for 45 minutes today, left after the gentleman beside me made the comment he'd been waiting for over an hour 20 minutes. Not sure where the practice manager gets off not advising people on arrival they're running. Try turning up an hour late for an appointment for these doctors earning hundreds of dollars per hour. Obviously overbooking and wasting our time isn't a concern for this practice.

Dr Justin Wong has helped me so much with my complex needs. No doctor I've ever been to before has worked as hard and instensively as Dr Wong does, very happy with this practice and even more happy I found a doctor who is easy to get along with and treats every concern with upmost care and detail. This surgery is always great.. the Reception Staff are professional and friendly, the nurses are an awesome team and happy, the Dr's are good but sometimes difficult to see the same Dr as most work part-time

Once in a while,every now and again,someone comes along that deserves recognition in his service. In this case it's Doctor Thirun Yogasivam more commonly known as Doctor Yogi. Along with his efficient Nurses and receptionists he has proven to be Professional Empathetic and Knowing towards myself. I am quite sure i would not be alive today if he had not been alert to my pending heart problem . A very big thank you Doctor Yogi and crew.

I am a recognisable face within the practice to all employees due to my frequent appointments. I feel it is safe to say that this practice is by far the highest quality of all Medical Practices throughout Beaudesert and the Scenic Rim Region.
