All round Great staff with fantastic attitudes. Especially the assistant manager Tim and tackle guru Nic. Both great guys who are more than happy to stop what they are doing to help me with Fishing related questions. Imo they deserve the recognition Ive been shopping there for 5 years now, and refuse to go elsewhere. Keep it up bcf..

Excellent for boating and camping gear
I have been to ALOT of different BCF stores and always the staff have been 10/10 helpful and professional but this one has a crazy lady with pink hair that tells at people across the store.
Website indicated they had product “In Stock” yet when I visited store the staff member I asked looked & we could both see that they didn’t. Yet website still shows product as “In Stock”. Have found this to be the case at other BCF stores as well. Also this West Gosford store wasn’t monitoring if customers were scanning the CoVID19 QRcode before entering.
Well, just walked out of the actual Weber store after purchasing a new Weber q. Firstly walked in to a Bcf and was ignored by two sales man, that didn’t even nod or say hello as I stood there for ten minutes. A 15 secound sale on a product you didn’t need to up sell, guess you didn’t need my 469 dollars. Don’t buy here if you want service
Can't use AFTERPAY FOR 70 plus the thing I WANT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT 2 OUT OF 3 STORES NOTHING UNUSUAL.WEST GOSFORD STORE.still the same non service THE STORE HAS THE ATTITUDE COULD NOT CARE LESS Ordered 3 items no stock when wil you have then don't know! could you find out the warehouse is busy its xmas walked out ordered on line 2 things came from MELN IN 8 DAYS THE OTHER FROM QLD 12 DAYS BYE bcf. maybe you might like to care about shoppers in future!if you coment on their web sie its removed so just call the dept of fair trading & a carrunt affair on face book people are saving this is happening at a hell of a lot of stores may-be there closing down as you can not use afterpay or your card!
