AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I live in the west side and Julrus customer service was amazing. He ensured that all my questions were answered about the product for work wear and helped me with the transaction to be delivered. More importantly he took the time to help me and was a great RSEA ambassador for the brand. It was like talking to the owner of the business. Nothing was too big or small

Usually quiet and staff can be hit and miss, but overall a well stocked safety store.
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to make notice of my appalling experience I received today after I asked one of the girls to get stock for me which she had to go out the back to find. She rolled her eyes and sighed I don’t know her name but have seen her on saturdays working which is when I usualy come into the store. The other girls that work there are always so nice and should be appreciated for their efforts. This other girl needs training in customer service. Appalling.
