Troy Hill

The sales rep we had was awesome. Unfortunately, the item we were there to purchase possibly wasn't going to fit in through our front door. He put the sale on hold to await confirmation of the opening size. It didn't fit, but we were able to purchase a smaller model of the same unit.

This is our go-to store for electrical goods and household appliances. They have a decent selection of items, but we often don't find what we're looking for, and leave empty-handed. They're good for research and get a rough idea of what you might want, but they're not always going to give you what you need. The staff can be a but thin on the ground too, so if you need help, ti's not always readily available.

Liked the staff, very kind and friendly. We were greeted every time we went to a different department. Only downside is the iPhones weren't set up so I couldn't test them. It was still on the welcome screen. I could test and play around with all the other phones, laptops and tablets though.

Went in for a dryer. Sales person just kept pointing out how expensive the models I was looking at were even though the price was clearly visible. I may have misunderstood his meaning but it came across as a 'you probably can't afford this' type of interaction. Interesting sales technique but didn't work for me. I still need a dryer so may be back.....will be looking elsewhere first though.

We visited this store yesterday (2021-02-11) to buy a microwave. Salesperson who was “assisting!” us, had no information about the product, and was of no help and very unfriendly. After she put our info in the system, she told us that we need to pay at the front and we should wait until someone from the warehouse bring us the microwave. After we paid the invoice and waiting for half an hour, I asked them how long does it take and SURPRISINGLY the cashier told us that we need to go to the warehouse. She didn’t bother to mention this at the time we were paying the invoice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO TO THIS STORE.
