was told over the phone that the molded carpet comes with underlay only to come home from work to find no underlay. there was no indication on their page of it coming with no underlay till I looked onto their FAQ's

Did not fit as a moulded carpet should,. Knox sent a filler piece to make up where it was short under the back seat. Replaced whole carpet with a proper fitted moulded car carpet from another supplier.
Staff are rude, obnoxious and carpets are very poor quality
