Asked for a lawnmower service. Ended up with a whole lot more done without our knowledge. End price was 150% of the verbal quote. Make sure you get a quote in writing, and ask them to run extra work by you. Better yet, just go somewhere else.

Have purchased quite a few pieces of equipment from Baybury over a number of years and have had excellent service and great advice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help and no pressure to buy. Whatever your purchase, you will receive full instructions on its use and have it filled with oil and fuel. I would never even think about going elsewhere (particularly the large stores).
