Had a guitar purchased online for me as a gift, straight out of the box it sounded terrible. Dropped it off at Mallaby guitars to be looked at and setup. Guy did an outstanding job, He stayed within my budget and had my guitar sorted out very quickly. I highly recommend his services. Very professional and his work shows excellent attention to detail. The frets on my guitar are now silky smooth and it is nothing like the guitar I first brought it.

Guy Mallaby has been setting my guitars up for a while now and I love his attention to detail when it comes to fixing anything I have given him. Even after being to other people previously they never could find the faults that Guy instantly sees. True craftsman and loves what he does.
