Highly recommend this company. Ordered items late at night and they were ready the next day to pick up from the Bayswater warehouse, to save postage. Customer service on the phone and at pick up was excellent. Had been looking for napkin rings in the shops since last year but very scarce and could not justify spending 40 for 4 (needed 12). Bought 12 silver AND 12 gold from Luna and cost me less than 4 in the shops!! Excellent quality and bought locally.

I recently purchased chair sashes and napkins from Luna and found them to be both of high quality and great value for money. I also had to call the girls at Luna to make a query and I have to say they were so helpful, friendly and professional. I also live in rural Victoria and my order arrived the very next day. I would recommend Luna to anyone that has upcoming events and is looking for value for money and great old fashioned service.
