I sent an email of complaint. ZERO ANSWER. Not even an I am sorry letter. I had liquid removed from my right toe to check for Gout and then a steroid injection on 16 February around 10am. First, the receptionist was less than kind and a very edgy person getting frustrated easily (long black straight haired young lady, 25-35 years old). But that is nothing. The specialist didn't use local anesthesia, and the extraction hurt like nothing I experienced before. Then I found out he could have used anesthetics instead of torturing me with a needle on my already hurting toe. This is serious. We are patients, not numbers and deserve respect. If you can't have a proper receptionist and a proper specialist, then you shouldn't have a health care imaging center. Shame on you Hills Imaging Centre.

My husband needs an urgent ultrasound, arriving the clinic 25 minutes before closing. The reception said they are closing. It is Friday, she said come back on Monday. What's URGENT in this case means! We immediately went to Norwest Imaging, the staff was about to leave the clinic but seeing it is urgent, they turned the machine back on and did it immediately. Thanks to Norwest Imaging professionalism!

Called for appointment and discussed that will we be able to do x-ray and ultrasound for my daughter before school made 8am appointment for x-ray and 8.30am for ultrasound. Until 9am no x-ray and receptionist told me there was 8.20am appointment for ultrasound which happened actually 8.45am and she said there was no appointment for x-ray at all I showed her text she said I don't know who sent the text. Not a single apology. When raised it ultrasound lady who she said sick people came for x-rays and I don't understand the system and people like me make sick people bad again not any apologies. Only thing is they over booking appointments and keeping no track of them. Very unprofessional, no customer service, no respect. X ray actually happened 9.10am one hour 10 minutes later than appointment.

I was supposed to go for a biopsy today there at 12 :40 , that was booked around 3 weeks ago, then I received a phone call just a few minutes ago to inform me that the doctor didn't show up and they don't know when he will come and I need to reschedule. it is a biopsy not a visit because i have a common cold! I get the phone call less than 2 hours before the appointment. extremely unprofessional. Shame.

They offer walk in X-rays. A nice facility with great people service! Super accommodating and responsible in their professionalism. Highly recommended

Edit review: *updated to 2 stars since they lost my scans and I had to go for another one somewhere else* Great experience and very new. Been to other places which haven't been as nice or accommodating. 4 stars as they are slightly disorganised.
