100% would not recommend the 90 mins package. We went there about 1 month ago for the 70 mins package and it was fantastic. We decided to go back but it was a lot worse. The “60 mins scrub” is not even 40 mins long. My husband and I were in the scrub room for less than 45 mins (with us taking a shower for 10 mins) We took photos as soon as we were in the room and one after showering, hence how I know exactly how long we were in there. My masseuse seemed to be in a hurry to finish her shift and leave ASAP. Not happy! My masseuse even left the door in the scrub room a bit open, I had to tell her I’m cold for her to close the door fully. I even chose medium pressure, but it was extremely soft until the very end when I asked for more pressure. Our 2 masseuses kept talking to each other as well which made us feel like they were talking about us in another language. Definitely not the same as our first time there. If you want to get what you pay for, don’t do for the 90 mins package !

I won't go anywhere else for massage and treatments, it's like second home. The therapists are highly skilled and I have tried numerous spas in Sydney. Nothing compares to Thai Village Massage and Spa.

Terrible customer service. Called at 4pm, receptionist asked for my name and number, told me I was booked in and had an appointment for a 70 minute massage starting at 6:45pm. I arrived at 6:20pm, a different receptionist was now working and she told me I hadn't actually been booked in and that the other receptionist must've made a mistake. It was my birthday and I had already spent a lot of money on Ubering there as I don't drive. I explained that I was told I had a booking and that it was my birthday, I had spent money on transport there, etc. and the receptionist just smiled at me while I was asking for a resolution. She told me nothing could be done and tried to shift blame onto me asking if I was sure that i was told i had a booking etc.

Groupon deal for massage and scrub and tea on the end was great. However, the places where they directed the place was so awkward there were more customers passing by us it would be great if they put the customers in a room while getting their feet scrubbed it was uncomfortable and a lot of background noises.

I booked 2 hours of treatment.. Full body scrub and full body massage Poor communication spoiled all. I spends much time explaining.. They only know good or no good.. So hard explain when they don't speak basic English.. Waste of time, money after if feel so upset..
