Excellent experience with this store. I ordered a rug on the weekend and it arrived in 4 days. I’m even in Melbourne! It was a great online shopping experience. Received an email soon after purchase from a real person ( it seems ) to ensure everything went smoothly. Product is perfect as shown in the pictures. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and looking at other rugs I could buy from them. Great experience, highly recommended!

The rugs themselves are fabulous. The delivery to Melbourne a shambles. From the time of purchase you are expected to be home 24/7. No notification, no alert, no advice of delivery despite continuous communication with the Sydney office. The rugs arrived today. The delivery person did not understand instruction to enter my apartment complex. The result was me greeting him in a bath towel with dripping wet hair and making a complete exhibition of myself in front of fellow owners. There is can automatic leave it at the door policy. Hopeless
