Robert did our bathroom renovation and subfloor repairs. We were very happy with the smooth process and great result. He was easy to work with, communicated well, good value for money and very 'can do' when dealing with our subfloor damage. I hired RB Sydney Builders to do minor renovation works and maintenance on my investment house. I had an outdoor veranda converted into an indoor sunroom, new Luandry and Bathroom revamps, new hot water system installed, replaced all new electrical lights and fans with new, complete fresh coat of paint to entire inside of house and new window blinds installed plus many more. Robert and his team did an outstanding job, project managed the whole renovations from start to finish and delivered everything on time, high qualitu and budget. I would definitely use RB Sydney Builders again and totally recommend them.
Rob did a major renovation work on the 20 year old house that we just bought. In includes a complete makeover of the kitchen, living areas, a toilet and a bath. Having no experience in renovations, we were cautious and apprehensive. We took a chance on Rob based on the good reviews on the internet. From the planning to the actual execution, we were impressed with Rob's responsiveness, flexibility and superb project management skills. In cases where we were unsure of which option to go for, Rob would provide good inputs (more often he'd be right!) but respects our decision. We can always trust him to do things right and very much enjoy working with him. Thank you Rob for helping us through this process and for those other little things that you do for us!
We did major renovation (including remodel internal structure) list goes on as Two bathrooms, kitchen, new floor, windows, external rendering, removal of old addon structures, Laundry , Study, new lightings and painting. After getting quotes from three different builders (including RB) which choose RB as we find Rob easy going, diligent with his quotes and communicate clearly where we can expect margin above due to old structure and his past work profile. During whole project duration, Rob provided daily EOD of updates with Pics and items accomplished, which gave s really confidence of work progress. He and his team did exceptional work and with one motto to do it right at first time. Overall I can say, that i will definitely hire Rob for my next project.
We had extensive renovations done, removing walls, extra beams, new window with brick works, new kitchen with walk in pantry, painting of the house, new flooring etc. We chose RB Sydney builders after obtaining a number of quotes, mainly because we were impressed with Robert, who has impressive knowledge of renovations, and explained every step and gave practical suggestions. His workers were proficient and completed the job ahead of time. Robert listened to us and gladly did extra things we requested as the work progressed. We used RB Sydney Builders mainly to convert my old laundry into a bathroom with a toilet, and convert another place into a laundry and some other little house refurbishment for our house in North Baulkham Hills. Robert was really patient and attended to detail. He was very polite, friendly and responsive in communication. During my house renovation, I was travelling overseas for a period of time. He really took good care of my house while I was away. He kept me informed all the time with the progress and kept sending me a lot of photos. He always made sure I was happy with the work that was being done. If anything had to be changed for any valid reason, he would speak with me first and respected my decision. He also gave me very valuable advice for the design. Robert used quality material with excellent workmanship. He really did a great job renovating my bathroom. Robert and his team are bathroom expert! The bathroom is wonderful. Given such a small space, Robert has made my bathroom look big with his valuable advice. Everything in the bathroom is now in a perfect condition. This makes me feel that I have made a right decision to renovate my bathroom while I had the doubt before whether I should spend money on bathroom renovation. It was a real pleasure dealing with Robert at all stages of the project. Great work done!

RB Sydney Builders replaced our garage ceiling including painting of the ceiling & walls. Rob was friendly, easy to deal with and we are satisfied with the quality of the work. Although we encountered a few issues, Rob was responsive and worked with us to address our concerns. Recommended.
