I could not speak more highly of this facility. I arrived feeling extremely nervous as I suffer from P.T.S.D & found the staff @ this facility just amazing. They were friendly, thoughtful, compassionate & put you @ your ease immediately. They even phoned the day following the procedure to see how I was. Just a shame that all medical facilities on the Sunshine Coast don’t reach this high standard. Thank you so much guys for your excellent care.
A place with mostly lovely and caring nursing staff and kind and friendly patients as well. I was a little concerned the air con in my room wasn't working (height of summer).
The Caloundra Private Clinic provided outstanding service. On my way to the clinic, I became worried and distressed about my upcoming appointment. However, upon my arrival, the administration staff managed to help me gain a positive mindset prior to my session. Extraordinary customer service from start to finish. Would recommend 10/10.
I was extremely nervous about having my procedure but the receptionist (I think her name was Liz from memory) was absolutely amazing! She made me feel at ease and relaxed and even made me laugh which completely settled my nerves. I feel she went above and beyond what most receptionists would do, she was professional, caring and empathetic and I would not hesitate in recommending this practise to anyone.
The best service !! The Receptionist was so lovely to me we talked about my procedure and I no longer felt nervous , the service was amazing from the minute I walked in from the minute I walked out. It shocks me too see rude comments as I could not imagine having a negative experience there. I recommend them too all my friends and family ,best service I’ve had in a long time ! I have had many admissions to Caloundra Private Clinic over the past couple of years and am so grateful that this wonderful facility is so accessible to me when I need it. I always feel safe and surrounded by people that care and understand my needs, and as I am only 17 this is very important to me and my family. I am very fortunate to have Dr Gauvin and the team at Caloundra Private Clinic helping me through my battles and would highly recommend the Clinic to anyone who may need support.
Don't even think about it. While the option of outpatient TMS seems good, and the TMS staff are wonderful, in my opinion they are let down by some of the Doctors, in particular Dr Clark. As one of the other feedback comments said, "run and don't look back". Which is unfortunate as the tial of outpatient TMS is a great concept but is let down by some staff.
