This Company is reliable and respectful. They've always been on time, courteous and maintained their car's well. We love Bathurst Taxis.
They're are older white Australians that are awesome., But the past year or so these Indians have turned up and would be fine but they are cold, disrespectful and down right rude. These are disgusting people Bathurst Taxis are employing cause they are cheap labour.They make me sick
I drove from Lithgow to Bathurst today and was tailgated at 100kph by a BX Taxis Kia. Overtook me WAY over the speed limit and then tailgated two more drivers before speeding off out of sight. No consideration for the speed limit or safe stopping distances. Arrogant and aggressive. Whole thing recorded on dash and rear cams.
Worse service ever .. just booked taxi for 18:40 and I got a call from an arrogant man saying it will be 15 minutes late, is it ok? I said it's not ok ! He said call someone else .. very unprofessional. Next time I rather walk than calling Bathurst taxi
